DraftKings has opened a new 4,750 square-foot office in San Francisco as part of a drive to expand its US West Coast footprint.
The new office is the US operator’s third office opening in the space of 12 months, following similar openings in Las Vegas, Hoboken and the firm’s Boston headquarters.
The office occupies the fourth floor in an office on Sutter Street in downtown San Francisco.
It features DraftKings branding, together with floor-to-ceiling murals of regional views and sports stars, including the Golden Gate Bridge and Golden State Warriors basketball player Steph Curry.
DraftKings said the new building will house technology and marketing staff.

DraftKings co-founder and president Matt Kalish hailed San Francisco as being a great hub of sports teams and landmarks, as well as an “ideal combination” of design, culture and technology.
“Our committed, in-house marketing team could not be more excited to channel the spirit of the Bay Area in establishing DraftKings as an influential fixture of the West Coast as we continue to provide sports fans with the ultimate in creative sports-entertainment content,” said Kalish.
In recent weeks, DraftKings extended its partnerships with several NBA teams, including the Boston Celtics, Philadelphia 76ers and Indiana Pacers.
In addition, DraftKings regulatory director Karl John Gambin has been promoted to the post of senior director of regulatory operations.
