Dafabet eyes improved CRM with new back-end platform

Dafabet has completed the migration of its back-end onto a new platform provided by Comtrade Gaming.

The AsianLogic-owned operator said the new platform would offer “superior player management features”, including scalability for the highest player volumes and casino and betting product diversification.

Comtrade said the platform also provides real-time bonusing features and collects player data to “intelligently respond to individual consumer profiles”.

“Migrating the entire back-end platform as a live operator involves massive risks if not done correctly,” Dimi Karatzas, online betting and gaming director at AsianLogic, said.

“Comtrade Gaming seamlessly managed the process for us and the transition created an instant, positive effect on our business.

“The new platform will helps us grow and meet business demands as the market becomes more competitive.”

Comtrade director of interactive Steven Valentine added: “We made a promise to Dafabet to replace their back-end and immediately improve their business without any short term negative impacts during integration, and once again we delivered on our promises.”
