Coral extends Sunderland betting deal
UK bookmaker strikes agreement to provide the League One club with matchday betting service for two more seasons
Coral has extended its betting partnership with League One club Sunderland for two more years.
The GVC-owned bookmaker will provide the Stadium of Light with a match day betting service for every league and cup game throughout the 2018-19 and 2019-20 seasons.
Black Cats fans will be able to access exclusive Coral offers and promotions throughout the campaign, including ‘money-can’t-buy’ experiences and training ground visits.
The partnership will also give Coral a digital presence on Sunderland’s website and social media channels to support betting activity prior to games, as well as match-day advertising and branding opportunities.
Coral PR director, Simon Clare, said: “We are thrilled to be continuing our UK partnership with Sunderland AFC.
“We would like to wish everyone connected to the club, especially all its passionate and dedicated supporters, the very best of luck for the season ahead,” he added.
Sunderland are currently sponsored by Betdaq, the exchange brand run by Coral’s sister operator, Ladbrokes.
