ComeOn moves into new Malta Cherry hub
Spinola bay office will house ComeOn, XCaliber and Game Lounge under one roof with room for additional staff
Cherry’s igaming arm ComeOn has moved into its new Malta office in Spinola Park as part of a wider initiative to merge a number of Cherry brands into one building.
The new space will house 240 staff members, with room for an additional 80 to accommodate the company’s continued growth.
ComeOn CEO Jonas Wåhlander said technology arm XCaliber and performance-based marketing brand Game Lounge would both move into the office in the coming weeks.
“The different companies will have separate spaces, acknowledging their independence, but it will create something of a Cherry hub in Malta,” he said.
“We previously had employees based at two different locations in Malta so, of course, moving into one office will help support and shape us being one company, moving forward,” Wåhlander told EGR Intel.
The operator also has offices in London, Stockholm and Gibraltar, which Wåhlander said are an excellent form of retention for the team.
ComeOn saw revenues rise 31% in Q2, but management admitted it was behind expectations thanks to integration issues.
