Chili Gaming is looking for a bingo network and has chosen Parlay as its bingo software provider.
The Malta-based gaming operator, best known for Chili Poker, is seeking to capitalise on the rapid growth in the online bingo market.
Chili Poker chief executive Alexandre Dreyfus said: “ChiliGaming is looking at the online bingo industry as we are aware of it being the fastest growing segment of the online gaming world, shown clearly in the number of bingo players, which doubled steadily in 2008 in spite of the global financial meltdown.
“In spite of the sudden increase in the bingo industry, we believe this product hasn’t reached yet its full saturation, being considered still an immature market, and that more growth is still possible.”
Chili intends to use Parlay software due to its strength in side games, he added.
Chili is seeking a multi-lingual and multi-currency network in order to reach the English-speaking, French-speaking, Portuguese-speaking and Spanish-speaking markets and the Chinese, German, Hungarian and Polish markets.
“We are interested in joining a network with which we can cooperate for mutual gain and that thus gives us the opportunity to provide players with life-changing prizes, a large welcoming environment and the social networking aspects of the game. This will help us create brand recognition and successfully generate revenue of the Chili brand across all our Chili products,” Dreyfus added.
As reported on EGRmagazine.com earlier this month, Chilipoker is to become a direct Playtech licensee after previously running on the Playtech platform only as a sub-licensee of the Tain network.
In other bingo news today, 888 business to business arm Dragonfish revealed that it is to offer free bingo across its entire network after a pilot promotion with the Cheeky Bingo and Costa Bingo brands led to a surge in revenue.
