Bwin.party moves to improve mobile player engagement
Operator joins forces with digital marketing platform OtherLevels in a bid to increase loyalty and conversion rates
Bwin.party has joined forces with digital marketing platform OtherLevels in a bid to improve player engagement and retention on mobile.
The deal will see OtherLevels help the operator to better engage users with more relevant and timely content across its sportsbook, poker, casino and bingo mobile apps.
The platform will be rolled out across various bwin.party brands including partypoker, partycasino and Foxy Bingo, with the aim of providing better insight into player behaviours.
OtherLevels said this would allow bwin.party to combat key challenges most gaming operators face such as player churn, and, in return, increase app loyalty and conversion rates.
OtherLevels chief exec Brendan O’Kane said the deal with bwin.party built on its success in the UK and expanded its presence in the broader European market.
“We see significant opportunity across Europe due to the rapid upsurge in mobile entertainment choices, and leading operators investing heavily in maximising engagement with their users.
“We very much look forward to working closely with bwin.party and driving further success for them and their users,” he added.
