BetVictor revamps in-play ahead of Euro 2016
Operator says in-house developed product provides customers with "simple and more efficient" betting experience
BetVictor has released a new version of its in-play offering as the operator continues to implement product improvements ahead of the big Euro 2016 kick-off.
In-play is expected to be one of the key operator battlegrounds during the tournament and BetVictor has armed itself with what it described as a “faster and more responsive” in-house built product.
The firm said the revamped in-play offering would provide customers with simpler navigation, a more modern and clean design, an ‘upcoming’ tab which lists games due to kick-off within selected time frames, and easier bet building – including in-play multiples.
BetVictor’s head of sportsbook product Eoin Ryan said the product, which was released across all channels, had already gone down well with punters.
“The speed at which customers are able to place in-play bets has been a major positive in customer feedback so far, along with the ease-of-use and flexible nature of the product,” Ryan said.
“We are really excited about the new offering and have high hopes for the success of the product and the improved customer experience it will bring,” he added.
The release of the new in-play offering follows a raft of recent product launches by BetVictor, including partial cash-out and the firm’s The Million Pound Goal Euro 2016 promotion and slot game.
