BetVictor head of CRM exits
Leonard Judkins left firm yesterday in order to take up new role with Gibraltar-based Lottoland
BetVictor is searching for a new head of CRM after Leonard Judkins left the company yesterday to join lottery operator Lottoland.
Judkins, who joined BetVictor in May 2013, will move to Lottoland in order to take up the role of senior CRM manager from 1 August.
Previous to his time at BetVictor, Judkins held the role of head of community for O2 UK while he also spent three-and-a-half-years at the now Playtech-owned PokerStrategy.com as head of regional business units.
Gibraltar-based Lottoland offers customers the chance to play official national lotteries from all over the world and Judkins will be tasked with coordinating the operator’s multi-channel CRM strategy across all territories.
The operator is led by former bwin.party director Nigel Birrell who, after initially joining the firm as a non-executive director, recently became the company’s CEO.
“We are delighted to welcome such an experienced CRM operative as Leo at this exciting time in Lottoland’s growth,” Birrell told eGaming Review.
“I have known Leo since his PokerStrategy days and feel sure he will make a significant contribution to an already excellent team,” he added.
Launched in March 2012, Lottoland recently attempted to ramp-up its presence in the UK market after signing former Who Wants to be a Millionaire host Chris Tarrant as its UK brand ambassador.
