Better Collective continues M&A push with French acquisition
Affiliate company acquires Pull Media to ‘expand range in most important and stable markets in Europe’
Better Collective has acquired French digital media company Pull Media for an undisclosed sum.
The purchase falls in line with the firm’s recent M&A strategy after completing similar deals for SportFreunde in Austria and CasinoLounge.co.uk in the UK.
The deal will see Better Collective become an affiliate market leader in the French market after obtaining the 200+ sites run by Pull Media, which generate more than one million visitors a month.
The firm has said the acquisition will expand its range in some of the most important and stable markets in Europe, as well as giving it access to new emerging markets.
“Pull Media showed some impressive growth in the last few years and now we are looking forward to driving it even further,” said Better Collective founder and CEO Jesper Søgaard.
“We are certain that with the existing resources and synergies we will be able to effectively grow the whole of Better Collective’s network, becoming one of the strongest players in the highly competitive affiliate market.”
Pull Media CEO John Samson added: “Following 7 years of steady growth internationally, Pull Media needed to go to the next level.
“Better Collective came as the perfect fit for us, notably in terms of working synergies and company cultures.”
