Betradar launches virtual horse racing platform
Virtual Horse Classics provides operators with a 24/7 horse racing offering
Sports data provider Betradar has released its new virtual sports betting product Virtual Horse Classics (VHC), providing online operators with a virtual horse racing platform.
The hosted front-end is fully customisable and provides real money betting on virtual horse races. Each race simulation uses the latest Artificial Intelligence, with a new race starting every three minutes on average.
VHC simulates horse racing by providing a wide range of fixed odds on race outcomes and arming punters with information relating to the past performances of virtual horses and jockeys.
The offering is already available on the market, having been launched by Nigerian bookmaker Nairabet.com through an implementation agreement with SB Betting Software. VHC is also available on Georgian online bookmaker Europe-bet.com and Tempobet.com.
Betradar parent company Sportradar received investment worth 44m last year and subsequently launched its Live Sports Centre in April, offering live data and graphics to egaming operators during sporting events.
Sportradar sales managing director Erik Lorenz hailed virtual sports betting as an integral element of modern bookmaking. “The fast-paced betting approach perfectly meets today’s market needs and punters will enjoy the impulsive nature of horse racing,” he added.
