BetBright partners Qubit for real-time personalisation push
Dublin-based operator to integrate Qubit’s real-time data platform across its in-house sportsbook and casino products
BetBright has secured a deal with real-time segmentation company Qubit as the Irish operator looks to boost its customer personalisation capabilities.
The platform and infrastructure will be utilised across BetBright’s in-house sportsbook and casino products and will link all the operator’s data with Qubit’s first-party data.
“Controlling our own technology is fundamental to delivering our differentiated product. This means we are very selective with the 3rd parties we work with,” Brian Mahon, head of product at BetBright, said.
“It’s vital that BetBright retains control of our roadmap to ensure flexible and agile innovation and to move faster than our competition, Qubit provides this for us.”
Qubit CEO, Graham Cooke, added: “We’re now in a partnership to help BetBright continue to be customer-centric and be one of the most innovative players in the gaming market.”
Dublin-based operator BetBright recently won the prize for best In-house Product at the EGR Operator Awards.
In October, the company launched a new mobile-only feature which provides customers with a free bonus leg when placing an accumulator with the chance to win up to £500.
Acca +1 pops up when an accumulator of four or more selections is placed with a minimum odds of 7/1 and selections can be made on a variety of outcomes, including outright winners, both teams to score (BTTS) and anytime goalscorers.
