Aspire Global witnessed a revenue spike of 46% to €58.6m (£49.6m) for Q3 2021 amid a 38% EBITDA increase to €9.1m. In the interim report, the B2B provider also revealed that the EBITDA margin amounted to 15.5%, down from 16.4% last year, while EBIT rose by 38.7% to €6.8m. The company’s core B2B revenue grew by 40.5% year-on-year during a quarter in which Aspire agreed to sell its B2C segment to Las Vegas-based Esports Technologies for approximately €65m.
Commenting on the sale, which is expected to take place at the end of November, Aspire Global CEO Tsachi Maimon said: “With the sale of the B2C segment, Aspire Global will become a clearly focused B2B company and even stronger and more profitable. “The sale will also give us additional resources to further develop and enhance our B2B offering as well as the opportunity to explore new M&A activities. “In Q3, we have made key progress towards our objective of establishing strong positions in the US and Brazil and our success in these markets will be important steps in reaching our goal to become a world leading B2B igaming supplier,” he added. Pariplay, a leading brand in Aspire’s B2B portfolio, reached a milestone in its US expansion strategy during Q3 after being granted a full igaming supplier licence in West Virginia. Pariplay made its debut in the US when its content went live in New Jersey in February 2021 and the content aggregation platform has applied for further licences in several states.Related Articles
