Starburst reclaims slots rankings top spot

Starburst has ended Rainbow Riches’ brief stint at the top of the monthly UK slots rankings with the NetEnt title reclaiming the number one position it had held up until March.

The April slots rankings, compiled by iGaming Tracker, saw the Starburst and Rainbow Riches duopoly hold the top two spots for the fourth month running, with NetEnt’s Secrets of Christmas the last game to break the top two back in December.

NetEnt also took third and fourth place in the April rankings with Jungle Spirit and Gonzo’s Quest respectively – the former rising 13 places to secure its top three place.

Blueprint held the next two spots with its Ted slot rising 40 places to fifth and Wish Upon a Jackpot up four positions to sixth.

Yggdrasil bagged the highest climber of the month as its Vikings Go Berzerk title shot up 112 places to seventh, while Blueprint had its third entry in the top 10 with King Kong Cash, which was down three spots.

Completing the top 10 was a new entry from ELK Studios – Hong Kong Tower.

Games are ranked by their position throughout the month on 17 of the largest casino sites in the UK, with both mobile and desktop sites tracked.

Only the main page of the casinos is taken into account and the top 10 most prominent positions on those pages. Casino pages that are exclusive to a particular games supplier are excluded in the ranking.

The ranking is calculated as the total number of hours the game was in the top 10 positions throughout the month. Each casino page is tracked at least once every 24 hours.
