Starburst continues slots rankings dominance

NetEnt’s stranglehold of iGaming Tracker’s slots rankings continued in February with the supplier taking five of the top 10 positions after its Starburst title topped the charts for the fourth consecutive month.

The rankings, which are calculated using exposure given to slots games by operators across desktop and mobile platforms in the UK, saw the top two places unchanged with SG Interactive’s Rainbow Riches holding the second spot claimed in January.

In third was NetEnt’s Divine Fortune, which leaped up the charts from last month’s 91^st position, while the biggest climber of the month was Play’n Go’s Jade Magician which jumped from 222^nd to fourth place.

Sam on the Beach from ELK Studios was a new entry in fifth, replacing Play’n Go’s Book of Dead which slipped one place to sixth.

Gonzo’s Quest was NetEnt’s third top 10 entry in seventh place, albeit down three spots on last month, while IGT had the next highest climber in the shape of Gong Xi Fa Cai, which was up to eighth from last month’s 226^th spot.

The final two positions in the top 10 were both NetEnt titles, with Joker Pro and Warlords Crystal of Power taking ninth and 10^th spots respectively.

Games are ranked by their position throughout the month on 17 of the largest casino sites in the UK, with both mobile and desktop sites tracked.

Only the main page of the casinos is taken into account and the top 10 most prominent positions on those pages. Casino pages that are exclusive to a particular games suppliers are excluded in the ranking.

The ranking is calculated as the total number of hours the game was in the top 10 positions throughout the month. Each casino page is tracked at least once every 24 hours.
