Slots Tracker: Play’n GO in seventh heaven after securing July top spot

Play’n GO’s Book of Dead shows no signs of faltering as it secured a seventh consecutive month atop iGaming Tracker’s slot rankings.

NetEnt’s Starburst and Big Time Gaming’s Bonanza remained in second and third place respectively, as Red Tiger’s Piggy Riches Megaways leapt two places into fourth.

Pragmatic Play’s Wolf Gold fell one place to fifth, as Blueprint’s Eye of Horus Megaways tumbled eight places down to 17th.

There were nine new titles in the rankings for July, including re-entries for the likes of NetEnt’s Street Fighter II and Play’n GO’s Legacy of Dead.

Gonzo’s Quest Megaways by Red Tiger was the highest new entry in sixth place.

Play’n GO’s Rich Wilde and the Shield of Athena was the highest ranking title from June (11th place) to fall out of the rankings completely.

iGaming Tracker compiles the slots rankings by tracking casino sites across several European countries: the UK, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Norway and Denmark.

Games are ranked by their position throughout the month on 50 of the largest casino sites in Europe. Only the ‘main’ page of the casinos is taken into account and the top 10 most prominent positions on those pages.

Casino pages that are exclusive to a particular games supplier are excluded in the ranking. The ranking is calculated as the total number of hours the game was in the top 10 positions throughout the month.

Each casino page is tracked at least once every 24 hours. Table games such as roulette and blackjack are excluded from the rankings and so are live casino games.
