Microgaming releases latest Dark Knight slot
Dark Knight Rises game based on the BAFTA-nominated film is a five reel, 243 ways-to-win video slot
Microgaming has released a new video slot based on The Dark Knight Rises, its latest slot to be based on Christopher Nolan’s popular Batman trilogy.
A sequel to the software provider’s The Dark Knight game, The Dark Knight Rises is a five reel, 243 ways-to-win video slot, which is available with operators on the download, Flash and Quickfire platforms.
Microgaming originally signed a licensing deal with DC Entertainment earlier this year and CEO Roger Raatgever believes its latest game can be even more successful than its predecessor.
“It is always very exciting to be launching a game sequel, especially when the first instalment has become such a success,” Raatgever said. “Our game development team have done an incredible job.”
“The slot fully embraces the Batman brand and pays justice to the film whilst also incorporating a series of pioneering features to enhance the player experience,” he added. “Batman fans will not be disappointed; we expect The Dark Knight Rises online slot to be just as popular as The Dark Knight, if not more.”
Microgaming recently signed a content deal with Gibraltar-licensed William Hill, with the operator launching an online and mobile casino offering on the Microgaming-powerd Quickfire platform. William Hill was the latest operator to integrate the Isle of Man-licensed software provder’s content in recent months after Microgaming signed a deal with 188Bet.
