A round-up of the latest launches and deals in the egaming industry including Microgaming and Inspired
Microgaming has signed a software licensing agreement with IT analytics firm Netuitive which has seen the gaming giant receive a platform which analyses the performance of the gaming platforms it develops, hosts and maintains on behalf of its licensees.
Under terms of the agreement, Microgaming is deploying Netuitive to monitor performance of key applications across casino products for more than 120 casino operators and over 600 software titles.
The solution provides a single end-to-end view which will enable Microgaming to take a much more proactive approach to alert only on IT and business anomalies that might impact gaming performance.
“As we expand our footprint as the world’s largest provider of gaming platforms, we are focused on achieving and maintaining the highest levels of service and availability,” Andy McDonald, a spokesperson for Microgaming, said.
“As large gaming platforms continue to grow in capabilities and complexity, only through effective use of advanced IT analytics can we take a proactive approach to identifying and isolating problems,” he added.
LeoVegas has struck a deal with games provider iSoftBet which will see the operator stock the supplier’s collection of HTML 5 casino games.
Not only will iSoftBet’s games make their way onto the LeoVegas.com site and its mobile application, but LeoVegas will also benefit from iSoftBet’s premier range of branded titles from some of the world’s leading TV and movie production companies.

Karma Gaming has become the 27th games developer to join the Odobo‘s Developer Program after reaching an agreement on a new content distribution deal with Odobo.
Karma offers a range of online and mobile iLottery games designed to appeal to players who love multi-levels, virtual achievements, leaderboards and social features combined with real-money wins.

Ladbrokes has upgraded its Mobenga sportsbook app to add a new ‘Watch and Bet’ feature which enables customers to watch live sport streams and bet simultaneously on the same page.
The feature has been in development for some time and was rolled out to the mobile site last week before receiving approval from Apple several days later.
The update, rolled out to iOS devices on Tuesday, has added a ‘Watch Live Sport’ tab to the app’s main menu, and customers can select between Serie A football, NBA basketball and ATP Tour tennis matches.
Amaya Gaming is considering plans to sell off its land-based subsidiary Cadillac Jack, following the recent mega-mergers of GTECH and IGT and Scientific Games and Bally Technologies in the sector.
The Toronto-based firm said its strategic review would consider various alternatives for Cadillac Jack, which it acquired back in September 2012 for US$167m, in order to expedite the company’s growth and maximise value for shareholders.
“In light of recent consolidation within the gaming machine supplier industry, we believe that this is an appropriate time to review and evaluate potential strategic alternatives for Cadillac Jack that may further maximise value for our shareholders,” Amaya CEO David Baazov, said.
MGT Capital Investments, which owns the third largest daily fantasy sports operator DraftDay, has launched its first social fantasy sports platform on Facebook.
Daily Fantasy Legend has been built in-house by MGT’s tech team, and is currently in its soft-launch beta phase, with a commercial launch and marketing campaign expected in early November.
Players will be able to create fantasy lineups of real athletes and compete against teams assembled by others to obtain high point scores, with the product monetised through players purchasing virtual currency.
Social games developer Big Fish has announced the launch of its second slot machine under its new ‘Luxury Slots’ banner.
Sweet Stacks follows the release of its first luxury slot Phoenix Rising in July and is available on the Big Fish Casino app on iOS with a launch across all platforms also expected soon.
