Parimatch launches Tech Academy
Operator unveils free education programme for university students to learn coding and programming
Parimatch has unveiled a free educational programme open to students to help develop innovation in igaming.
The Tech Academy will offer students six-month placements where they will be able to create IT products and develop their skills across a breadth of verticals.
Students will study programming across Net + DevOps, JavaScript, native Android or native iOS.
Almost half of the time spent in the Academy will be devoted to paid internships while working on real Parimatch projects.
The best-performing graduates will receive the opportunity to join the Parimatch team full-time upon completion of the programme.
The programme is overseen by several Parimatch senior leaders, including head of project management Oleksandr Feshchenko and product owner Yaroslav Klymenko.
Anna Bondar, Parimatch head of content, said: “Through this initiative, we are fulfilling our social and business missions. We train people and raise our own specialists. By teaching others, we are learning ourselves. All the mentors of the academy are the best employees of Parimatch Tech.”
