Slots Tracker: NetEnt keeps hold of top spot in iGaming Tracker’s rankings

NetEnt has kept hold of the number one spot yet again in iGaming Tracker’s slots rankings in July with its Starburst game, while Play’n GO’s Book of Dead and Big Time Gaming’s Bonanza have also held on to second and third place respectively.

There were eight new entrants to the top 20 this month: Rich Wilde and the Tome of Madness by Play’n GO as the highest entrant at number four, closely followed by Raging Rhino Megaways by SG Digital at number seven. Both slot titles were released in the last week of June. Other notable entrants are Mercy Of The Gods (NetEnt), Wild Rails (Play’n GO) and Respin Circus (Elk Studios).

Games that have left the top 20 include Tahiti Gold (ELK Studios), Beavis and Butthead (Blueprint) and Mystery Spin Deluxe Megaways (Blueprint).

iGaming Tracker compiles the slots rankings by tracking casinos sites across several European countries: the UK, Sweden, Germany, Italy, Norway and Denmark.

Games are ranked by their position throughout the month on 50 of the largest casino sites in Europe. Only the “main” page of the casinos is taken into account and the top 10 most prominent positions on those pages.

Casino pages that are exclusive to a particular games supplier are excluded in the ranking. The ranking is calculated as the total number of hours the game was in the top 10 positions throughout the month.

Each casino page is tracked at least once every 24 hours. Table games such as roulette and blackjack are excluded from the rankings, as are live casino games.
