France Pari targeting further mobile growth
Operator eyeing further releases in 2014 after mobile accounts for almost a third of stakes in June
French sports betting operator France Pari is eyeing further mobile progress in Android after its iOS launch in April helped it record strong growth on the platform in H1 2014.
Mobile accounting for 30% of total stakes in June, according to results released this week, with the World Cup providing a boost to sports betting revenues on mobile.
Total H1 revenue stood at â¬9m, almost double the â¬4.6m recorded in H1 2013, with the World Cup responsible for additional revenues of around â¬1.2m.
The firm released its first native iOS app in April and is planning to launch a number of native Android apps throughout the rest of the year.
The apps will be developed by France Pari parent company Sportncoâs technical development teams in France, which also works with a number of other gambling clients.
During H1 Sportnco delivered a native iOS app for NetBet and a mobile optimised website for Genybet Sport, contributing towards a doubling of B2B royalties and fees to â¬0.5m.
