A round-up of the latest launches and deals in the egaming industry including Quickspin and IGT
Gaming supplier giant International Game Technology (IGT) has announced that four players won more than £3.4m between them on the company’s new MegaJackpots® games.
The biggest of four Europe-based winners took home £1.2m in March playing MegaJackpots Cleopatra® on Ladbrokes.
“MegaJackpots Cleopatra and MegaJackpots Siberian Storm were designed to significantly boost winnings and jackpot hit frequency,” Leigh Nissim, IGT commercial director of interactive, said.
“It was thrilling that the first jackpot was triggered so quickly and that Ladbrokes and IGT created an instant millionaire,” he added.
Digital developer Chroma Sports has built a new user interface for the launch of new TV and online gambling service Win Cash Live.
Win Cash Live is a video-led interactive play-along service targeting a predominantly female audience and the rise of television viewers using a second screen tablet or mobile.
Chroma worked closely on the project with OpenBet, who recently announced a three-year deal to provide their gambling platform to Win Cash Live.
“This exciting partnership with Win Cash Live has enabled us to demonstrate our unique brand of digital design, development and a deep technical integration with a leading gambling platform provider,” Paddy O’Clery, Chroma Sports CEO, said.
Stockholm-based supplier Quickspin expanded its client base this week after signing content deals with BetVictor and Vera&John.
Under the terms of the new deals the two operators will both gain access to QuickSpin’s full catalogue of games across both desktop and mobile.

Egaming supplier NetEnt is to launch its online casino games in UK retail shops for the first time after signing a landmark deal with operator William Hill.
The agreement is part of NetEnt’s multichannel strategy and will see Starburst as the first game to be rolled-out over the coming weeks.
“We provide leading-edge digital casino solutions and we are excited to make our thrilling games available to William Hill’s land-based players for the first time ever,” Per Eriksson, President and CEO of NetEnt, said.
“William Hill is the largest betting and gaming operator in the UK and this partnership will allow us to maximize distribution in their major channels such as retail, desktop and mobile,” Eriksson added.
Betclic Everest Group has signed a deal with Malta-based supplier Yggdrasil Gaming to launch its entire product suite on three of its brands.
The French operator’s Betclic, Expekt and Mote Carlo brands will now integrate Yggdrasil’s portfolio of content including its video slots, new HTML5 framework and unique Super Free Spins.
“We are only interested in working with the best and most innovative suppliers and we put Yggdrasil in that bracket,” Pascal Brouet of Betclic Everest Group, said.
“Their content is excellent, but it is also their focus on the player experience which is particularly appealing for us,” he continued.
Italian operator Sisal has launched a new virtual racing app in partnership with virtual sports provider Inspired.
“Sisal is pioneering the next era of Italian gaming with the launch of this dedicated virtual sports mobile app,” Vitaliano Casalone, president of Inspired Italia, said.
“There is a huge player demand in Italy for our virtual sports – as is evidenced by the growing market and phenomenal player feedback,” he added.
Alderney-based gambling company Intellectual Property and Software (IPS) has launched a new online casino this week built on the Bede Gaming platform.
Slotmob is a comic monster-themed online casino and features games from Microgaming and IGT including Game of Thrones and The Dark Knight.
“Slotmob has been built to be multi-platform and superfast,” Michael Brady, commercial director of Bede Gaming, said.
“Plus, our platform is completely flexible which means we can quickly and easily add new components and integrate the latest slots titles as and when they’re released, and that means Slotmob will always stay fresh and up-to-date,” he added.
Gaming content provider Betdigital has incorporated four of its slots into William Hill through GECO Gaming’s Remote Gaming Server across retail, desktop and mobile.
“This deal with William Hill shows our in-house slot content to be of the highest quality,” Heath Samples, Betdigital CEO, said.
“Our integration and game creation skills in the omni-channel market sets us out from the crowd as the company continues to grow rapidly,” he added.
Gaming Innovation Group‘s (GIG) online marketing subsidiary Innovation Labs today announced a deal to acquire an unnamed Finnish affiliate network for 440,000.
The Malta-based Guts.com owner will pay the initial sum plus 1,021,000 in new GIG shares for the network which it claimed would generate over 15,000 new depositing customers for its B2B clients.
“We are delighted to conclude our second acquisition of a growing high value affiliate network in our target markets in a short timeframe,” Robin Reed, GIG chief executive, said.
“Not only are we increasing our capability of driving paying users to partnering operators, but we are also creating a distribution channel to bundle with our platform service iGamingCloud,” he added.
