Sun Bets makes horseracing push with Bryan Cooper deal
Gold Cup winning jockey links up with ITV racing expert Matt Chapman in brand ambassador role for the online bookmaker
Sun Bets has signed Gold Cup winning jockey Bryan Cooper as its new brand ambassador.
The 25-year-old jockey has agreed a partnership to represent the online bookmaker and will provide exclusive analysis during the Leopardstown, Cheltenham, Aintree and Punchestown festivals.
Cooper, who will race in Sun Bets branded colours from now on, said: “I’m really pleased to have become an ambassador for Sun Bets and look forward to working with the team.
“In addition to me providing exclusive content, I know customers will be ahead of the game with Sun Bets offering huge value on all my rides at the forthcoming festivals.”

Head of PR at Sun Bets Tim Reynolds added: “Racing is a key part to our strategy going forward so we are delighted to have Bryan on-board to help us really engage with our racing audience.
“His knowledge of the sport is invaluable and we feel that we now have one of the strongest partnerships in racing, linking Bryan up with ITV racing guru Matt Chapman.”
Cooper’s deal with Sun Bets is the latest horseracing sponsorship of a recent flurry, after Betsafe teamed up with jockey Sam Twiston-Davies and Unibet signed Jessica Harrington.
