GameAccount Network to rebrand as GAN
Developer and supplier says new corporate brand is more consistent with position in the market
GameAccount Network is to rebrand as GAN in a move the firm says reflects its commitment to “cutting-edge technology”.
The acronym was already commonly adopted within the industry but will now form a new corporate brand for the supplier, with GAN also planning to migrate its corporate website to reflect the change by the end of the month.
A new-look logo and design schema will launch today at eGR North America‘s Power US Summit in California.
“GAN has been our adopted acronym in the United States for years,” Dermot Smurfit, GAN’s CEO, said.
“The GAN brand is already a valuable asset and will become increasingly important over time as we continue to expand our market share in the United States and other selected land-based casino markets worldwide,” he added.
GameAccount Network reported a full-year pre-tax loss of £2.6m for 2014 earlier this year, with Smurfit saying the losses were the result of a period of investment adding that performance to date in 2015 was “in line with our expectations”.
