Catena Media appoints new chairman
Kathryn Moore Baker replaces Henrik Persson Ekhahl as chairman of the board at the performance marketing firm
Catena Media has appointed Kathryn Moore Baker as its new chairman, the Malta-based performance marketing firm announced today.
Baker has been a member of the board of directors at Catena Media since 2015 and replaces the lead generation company’s current chairman Henrik Persson Ekdahl.
“I am very pleased to become the new chairman of the board of Catena Media a true growth company in an exciting market,” Baker said.
“Together with the rest of the board, I look forward to continuing our support of management with our combined experience in building successful companies backed by a solid strategy,” she added.
Baker has 17 years of board experience and is currently chairman of the board of Agasti Holding ASA and serves on the boards of Norgres Bank, Akastor ASA and Sevan Marine ASA.

Optimizer Invest is currently the largest shareholder in Catena Media with a 40.1% in the company.
