FlashScore hits three billion site views in 2015
LiveSport Media-operated portal announces record player numbers across both desktop and mobile
Malta-headquartered LiveSport Media has announced record traffic numbers for 2015 after its flagship FlashScore site recorded more than three billion site views.
The real-time sports scores and information portal, which covers 32 sports and 5,000 competitions across the world, saw its visits per month rise to 267 million, up from 186 million just two years ago.
The brand also reported a stellar performance on mobile with 12 million app downloads last year after it delivered on more than 242,000 sporting events.
According to figures released to eGR Digital Marketing, 45% of its users are now visiting its products via mobile and the average duration of one site visit is approximately 22 minutes.
Football was by far its most popular sport when judged on overall visits at 61.5%, while tennis came in second (11.5%) and basketball in third (7.5%).
LiveSport Media was formed in 2011 and operates more than 60 websites including FlashScore.com, OddsPortal.com, LiveScore.in and BetExplorerer.com.
