Betsson pushes personalisation with new sportsbook
Product focuses on customisable features as operator promises "much more to come"
Betsson has rolled out a new customisable sportsbook as the operator looks to provide a more personal sports betting experience.
The new sportsbook enables users to create a personal lobby where up to 20 favourite leagues and markets can be saved, with the operator promising customers will “only see what [they] want to see”.
It will also incorporate more data, with the operator giving users easier access to statistics and recent results.
And there has also been improvements to the sportsbook’s search functionality, as well as a new consolidated open bets tab.
“We are pleased to release the first step of what will be a new sportsbook experience across devices for Betsson.com,” Jesper Svensson, Betsson Group CCO, said.
“We have listened to our customers and developed a significantly improved product based on their feedback. We are very excited about delivering a better customer experience and there is much more to come shortly,” he added.
Betsson posted its highest ever quarterly revenue figures last month, with the firm crediting improved data analysis for a significant rise in its Q3 performance.
