Betclic Everest Group‘s Italian-facing business has signed a deal with Inspired to launch the supplier’s virtual sports product.
Virtual Sports is now live on Betclic.it across two feeds and also features Inspired’s full library of 11 premium virtual games.
“Inspired is renowned across the world as the go-to provider for Virtual Sports – our products are the most lifelike and innovative on the market, plus they drive substantial incremental revenues,” Vitaliano Casalone, presidente of Inspired Italia, said.

Online slots supplier Quickspin has unveiled its first game of 2016, Genie’s Touch, following a successful debut of the HTML5 slots title at ICE earlier this month.

Betsson has announced a complete rebrand and the launch of a new website for its affiliate marketing arm Affiliate Lounge as part of its strategy to demonstrate the group’s multi-brand affiliate strategy.
The Malta-headquartered operator’s rebranding includes a new name and revamped website – betssongroupaffiliates.com – which the company said featured a more user-friendly experience and updated navigation tools.
The aim of the rebrand is to push Betsson’s multi-brand strategy, which currently includes 18 different B2C brands, and provide additional resources for its affiliate partners on each of the brands.
“We are investing in improving our technology and will be rolling new features following the beta front end launch,” Allister Bajada, Betsson Group head of affiliates, said.
The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) has moved into new offices at SmartCity Malta to enable the regulator to carry out its functions and activities in-house.
The new modern office space has a floor area of 2,562 square metres spread across two floors, and meets the latest environmental standards, technological infrastructure and corporate environment.
“The news offices are equipped with the latest technology so that the Authority will be able to continue to deliver positive results as reflected in the interim performance report published just a few weeks ago,” parliamentary secretary for Competiveness and Economic Growth, Dr Jose Herrera, said.
“The gaming industry contributes substantially to Malta’s GDP and it is in our interest to sustain this sector,” Herrera added.
DraftKings has acquired mixed martial arts (MMA) daily fantasy sports (DFS) operator Kountermove for an undisclosed sum in a bid to grow its presence in the sector.
The firm said the deal will further advance the level of competition offered by Kountermove, while accelerating player engagement with combat sports.
“The Kountermove team has built a tremendous product with an enthusiastic fan base and we’re excited to grow with them,” DraftKings chief revenue officer Matt Kalish, said.
DraftKings first started offering contents on MMA a little over a year ago, with the operator striking a marketing deal with the UFC to coincide with the launch.
