Marathonbet unveils revamped UK-facing website
Online sportsbook backs the launch with its first ever UK TV advertising campaign
Online sportsbook Marathonbet has unveiled a new UK-facing website as the operator looks to build on the success of its Premier League betting partnership deals.
The Panbet sports betting brand released the revamped website, including a new mobile web sportsbook, last week following an extensive testing period of the product.
Speaking to eGaming Review, a spokesperson confirmed that the new Marathonbet.co.uk site was designed by its in-house development team and customers are now being encouraged to leave feedback on the product.
To coincide with the launch of the new website, Marathonbet has debuted its first TV advertising campaign including a 30-second sport entitled ‘Every Bet Everywhere’.
The operator’s dot.com website currently remains unchanged while the new site has left players with access to use the old Marathonbet.co.uk sportsbook, although this is likely to be closed in the near future.
News of the launch comes after the Brighton-headquartered operator struck a number of betting partnership deals with major Premier League football clubs last year in an effort to ramp up its brand presence in the UK online gambling market.
During the summer, Marathonbet announced three-year deals with Liverpool and Manchester United having previously held betting partnerships with various English football teams such as Fulham and West Ham United.
The latter also included title sponsorship of an annual pre-season match known as The Marathonbet Cup.
