Tombola launches new in-house built website
Bingo operator updates its UK-facing site with a revamp to its overall design and the addition of new features
Online bingo operator tombola has unveiled a new version of its UK-facing website including a new landing page and aesthetic redesign.
The revamped tombola.co.uk was fully designed and built in-house by tombola’s internal development teams, although there are as-yet no plans to update its Italy-facing site.
As part of the redesign, tombola has also refined the messages on its landing page to ensure a smoother user journey including a new welcome offer, a carousel of its exclusive games and a video of players talking about their experience on tombola.
However, according to the bingo firm’s head of marketing Dawn-Elizabeth Howe, tombola has no plans to change its advertising strategy to coincide with the launch of the new site.
Last September tombola unveiled a new player-centric advert across a number of TV channels including ITV1, Channel 4, Channel 5 and many of the major Sky channels.
Shot over two days in Yorkshire, the 30-second ad features 25 Tombola players who were also featured in regional press after hundreds of people auditioned to take part.
