Speakers announced for EGR Tel Aviv Breakfast Briefing
888 and Playtech join panel to tackle egaming personalisation
EGR is delighted to announce its first Breakfast Briefing in Tel Aviv will take place next week, with speakers confirmed from 888 and Playtech.
The Breakfast Briefing, which will be hosted at The Carlton Tel Aviv Hotel, will see our panel of experts look at how the industry can work together to realise the full opportunities of personalisation.
888’s head of B2C division Itai Pazner will be joined by Playtech’s innovation strategy manager Boaz Shlevin and online gambling consultant Peter Marcus on the panel for the 23 June event.
The Briefing is free to attend for EGR subscribers and will explore how the industry can take its next steps with its effort on personalisation.
The ability to offer an online gaming experience tailored to individual customer needs remains a work in progress in an industry that finds itself playing catch-up to other ecommerce businesses, particularly those within the retail sector.
In an industry largely dominated by me-too products, customisation can provide operators with a crucial point of differentiation in an effort to stand out from the crowd. And recent technological advancements coupled with big data analytics means the egaming sector is now closer than ever to delivering on its personalisation promise.
