LeoVegas eyes Per Norman as new chairman
Former Mr Green CEO nominated to lead board after incumbent Mårten Forste declines re-election
LeoVegas has nominated former Mr Green chief executive Per Norman to become chairman of the board.
The Stockholm-listed operator published the recommendation after providing notice of its AGM in May this morning.
Norman – who spent four years as CEO of MRG Group – has been nominated to replace incumbent Mårten Forste, who declined re-election after three years as chairman and eight years on the board at LeoVegas.

Per Norman
Norman left MRG in March 2019 after the company was acquired by UK bookmaker William Hill.
Norman is currently on the board at Sveriges Television AB, Sweden’s national public television broadcaster.
He also serves as board member of slots supplier start-up Green Jade Games, where former Mr Green colleague Jesper Kärrbrink is creative director.
The nominations will be voted on at the AGM scheduled for Friday 8 May.
