Gaming Innovation Group launches “next-generation” B2B data platform
Operator’s new GiG Data software will be rolled out to existing partners from 2020
Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) has bolstered its B2B service portfolio with a new “next-generation” data platform called GiG Data.
According to the Malta-based operator, GiG Data will bring improved data integrity, efficiency and speed for its own products and to its B2B partners.
The platform is described as a “real-time, cost-effective, secure and compliant tool” that produces data and back-office reports to improve business intelligence.
GiG Data comes with KPI libraries across its available tools and incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) applications, which can also work in tandem with responsible gaming tools.
GiG’s existing egaming partners will be migrated from the current data platform in 2020, while the product will be made available to new customers before the end of the year.

GiG CEO Richard Brown
Richard Brown, who was made GiG CEO in early November, said: “We are pleased to be adding a new data platform to our B2B solutions.
“The vision behind the product was to invest in creating a data platform to drive new cutting-edge solutions that we can use internally and offer to our customers.
“The platform improves the way we store and manage data, with the real-time reporting leading to significantly increased service level to our partners, acting as the one account for all data services,” he added.
Brown pledged to conduct a total business review of GiG after EBITDA dropped by 46% in Q3.
