Exclusive: The Stars Group expands operations team with new Sofia office
Around 200 Stars employees will make the move to a new sustainable office space in the Bulgarian capital
The Stars Group (TSG) has opened a new office in Sofia to house its growing operations department, EGR Intel has learned.
The new office was opened on 18 March and will be used by TSG in addition to the operator’s existing office in the centre of the Bulgarian capital.
More than 200 TSG employees will move into the new building in the coming weeks, primarily from the operator’s operations team, although there is reportedly “room to grow”.

The new office will have a focus on sustainability, and specifications include solar panels, rain water storage tanks and charging stations for electric cars.
A TSG spokesperson said: “It made sense for us to find another office that would help us fulfil our plans for continuous expansion in Sofia and meet our specifications.
“That way, we’re able to expand while giving our employees the comfort they deserve and without compromising on office space and we’re very excited to move in.”
TSG’s existing office accommodates more than 350 employees across HR and talent acquisition, and branding and marketing, as well as IT and business intelligence.
