Norbert Teufelberger to leave GVC director role
Former bwin.party CEO to depart non-executive director role in February as GVC’s Ladbrokes Coral takeover progresses
Former bwin.party CEO Norbert Teufelberger will step down from his role as non-executive director of GVC Holdings on 2 February.
Teufelberger had been on the board of directors at GVC since the firm completed its acquisition of bwin in 2016.
He will step down after serving an agreed two years in the role, with GVC’s takeover of Ladbrokes Coral already underway.

GVC chairman Lee Feldman said: “I would like to thank Norbert for his contribution to the board over the last two years.
“He provided valuable insight into the bwin.party business, following the takeover of that group, and the gaming industry.
“We wish him well with his other ventures.”
Teufelberger currently serves as chairman of gambling solutions provider EveryMatrix and his other ventures include egaming-focused investment firm FastForward Innovations.
