Genting to launch Evolution dual-play live casino
Operator hails opportunity to maximise its player base and strengthen the Genting brand online
Genting UK has announced plans to launch a dual-play live casino product from its International Casino in Birmingham.
The product, developed in partnership with Evolution, will see the land-based roulette wheel beamed online for GentingCasino.com customers to play alongside casino guests.
“Not only does Dual Play extend service for our existing customers, it also allows players from multiple jurisdictions to experience the thrill of playing at a real Genting Roulette table,” said Andrew Bentley, operations director at Genting Interactive.
The product, which will go live later this month, will be made available on subscription to a small number of other Evolution licensees.
James Stern, Evolution’s director of business development and land-based sales, added: “Our Dual Play Roulette is a natural extension to Genting’s Live Casino portfolio and a major opportunity for Genting to maximise their player base and further strengthen the Genting brand online.”
“The plan is to showcase the table on the main gaming floor with a customised rig incorporating multiple screens to promote key messages to players,” Stern added.
“Underpinning those messages will be the fact that players can play at the Genting Dual Play table whenever and wherever they choose, assured of Genting’s trusted brand and integrity.”
Rank, the operator of the Grosvenor casino estate, also revealed last week it would be looking to dual-play live casino tables to increase the convergence between its online and offline customer base.
