Sun Bets lauds cross-sell opportunities for new Vegas product
Tabcorp’s UK-facing brand says it has acquired a “deep pool of players” since making its debut last year
Sun Bets has hailed the cross-selling opportunities offered by its new Vegas product, which the Tabcorp-powered operator launched last week.
The new Vegas tab currently features games from Microgaming-powered Quickfire with plans to add “unique” content from other suppliers in the coming months.
The Sun Vegas debut is the latest part in the betting brand’s roll-out of gaming products, which now also includes Sun Casino and Sun Live Casino tabs.
Adam Ruffett, the brand’s head of casino, told EGR Intel the launch of its Vegas tab would provide additional cross-sell opportunities following positive results from the brand’s other casino products.
“The cross-sell model has been effective so far and we now have a deep pool of players we are confident will be interested in trying the Vegas product range,” he said.
“Our first goal is to expand the product range on Vegas to offer players all the games they would expect to see on a Vegas site, but our intention is to create a truly unique experience in the near future.
“We are constantly on the lookout for suppliers that can deliver something new and exciting in the gaming space,” Ruffett added.
According to Tabcorp’s most recent financial results, Sun Bets had acquired approximately 85,000 customers and recorded AU$96.8m in turnover for the half-year ended 31 December 2016.
Sun Bets also recently launched a new affiliate programme managed by Digital Fuel Marketing as part of a two-year partnership signed last year.
“Our affiliate platform went live very recently and already we have seen some great customers coming through that channel,” Ruffett said.
