Kambi enters Greentube sportsbook partnership
Kambi has struck a deal with Greentube – NOVOMATIC Interactive, which will see the supplier’s sportsbook offered to Greentube’s brands in regulated European markets including Spain, Italy, UK, Germany and Romania.
This follows the MoU with NOVOMATIC Lottery Solutions (NLS) announced in October 2016, where Kambi and NLS launched ‘NLS Sports Betting – Powered by Kambi’.
“With Greentube’s many local licenses, the partnership has great potential to make it an important pan-European Sportsbook player alongside its already successful casino brands,” Kristian Nylén, CEO of Kambi, said.
Thomas Graf, Greentube CEO, commented: “Adding Kambi’s Sportsbook to our online brands will further enhance the appeal of our online casinos and open completely new customer segments for us.”
Yggdrasil unveils new gaming mechanic
Yggdrasil Gaming is to launch a new game mechanic which allows different reel sets and features to be mixed into one game.
The new mechanic, known as Fusion Realms, allows the supplier to build bigger gaming worlds, features can roam between different environments and reel set-ups in one game.
Yggdrasil’s upcoming launch, Jungle Book Slot will incorporate Fusion Realms and features five characters, each with two individual features, jumping between five different game modes, creating a myriad of different ways to win.
“Fusion Realms is a new mechanic engine, powered by complex maths, that enables us to create games on a totally new level, with more dimensions and added depth,” Yggdrasil Gaming CEO Fredrik Elmqvist, said. “As a result, we can offer an even more immersive and engaging player experience than ever before. NetEnt strikes Planet of the Apes licence deal
NetEnt has reached an agreement with 20th Century Fox Consumer Products to exclusively license the Planet of the Apes film franchise for online casino gaming.
The partnership covers the entire Planet of the Apes brand – which will see the multi-media brand used for the first time in online casino.
NetEnt’s Planet of the Apes slot is expected to be released in the second half of 2017.
“Planet of the Apes is one of the largest film franchises in the world never to have been applied to gaming before,” Simon Hammon, chief product officer of NetEnt, said. “With such a rich history, the brand resonates with everyone that has grown up with the films, and it will fit perfectly with NetEnt’s wide and divers player base.”
Bit8 launches mobile lottery game
