Former Betclic head of casino joins Extreme Live Gaming
Dominic Bourke appointed as live casino provider's new chief operating officer
Betclic Everest Group’s former head of casino, Dominic Bourke, has joined Extreme Live Gaming as its new chief operating officer (COO), the live casino supplier announced this morning.
Bourke was with Betclic for three years and was previously operations director for Smart Gaming Group where he worked alongside Extreme’s CEO Darwyn Palenzuela, who was then chief technology officer for the Group.
He was also head of casino and games at Sportingbet for three years until March 2012 and has worked in the online gaming industry for over 10 years.
“I am excited to be back working with CEO Darwyn Palenzuela again, and believe that the prodigious progress Extreme continues to make demonstrates that with the right product and the right personnel, new suppliers can continue to drive the online casino industry forward,” said Bourke.
“I look forward to helping them continue their progress,” he added.
Commenting on Bourke’s appointment, Palenzuela said: “We are delighted to bring Dominic on board at what is a very exciting time for Extreme.
“His experience of the online casino environment speaks for itself, and I’m confident that as our new COO he will help progress the company to the next level and beyond.”
