Meccabingo.com has re-launched its website. The site offers new features including a live up-to-date bingo schedule that customers can click on from the homepage. The redesign is also aimed to integrate the website with the look and feel of Mecca Bingo’s land-based bingo halls, the company said.

Egaming is worth £150m to the Isle of Man economy this year, Allan Bell, the island’s minister for economic development said at a conference yesterday. “Economic forecasts for 2010 show that the [egaming] industry will support nearly 700 jobs and that makes it one of the biggest employing sectors on the island,” he added.

Media Corp has said it is looking to sell domain name gambling.com in order to fund future acquisitions. Following approaches from several egaming companies, Media Corp will start a formal auction process and hopes to sell the domain for up to $13m.
