Bingo.com Q2 revenue up 15%
Bingo business records second consecutive profitable quarter following migration of business onto Maria platform.
Bingo.com has recorded a 15% year on year increase in revenue to US$416,732 in the three months to 30 September 2011.
The bingo business, in which Swedish operator Unibet owns a 25.9% stake, also recorded its second consecutive profitable quarter, posting net income of US$15,158, 78% up on the profit of US$8,520 reported in the second quarter.
CEO Jason Williams said the business had continued “to build on the success of our restructuring program and marketing efforts”, following the completion of the bingo business onto Unibet’s Maria bingo platform during 2010.
Williams added that: “The benefits of Bingo.com’s participation in the Unibet partner program are now being realized with gaming revenues increasing by 382% when compared with the same quarter in 2010.”
