NetPlay TV launches live roulette for iPad
Operator announces launch in Q4 trading update.
NetPlay TV has announced that it has added a live roulette offering to its Supercasino iPad app at the end of the fourth quarter.
The news came as part of the operator’s Q4 trading update, where it also confirmed that KPIs for the quarter are “Ahead of the same period in 2010″.
The number of new depositing casino players is up 27.2% year-on-year to 9,261, with active depositing casino players up 21.7% on the corresponding period in 2010 to 17,783.
NetPlay TV has recovered well over the last year following the resignation of CEO and founder Martin Higginson in November 2010, and its 12-month share-price increase of 22% bucked the industry trend.
In October 2011 the company extended its deal with broadcaster Channel 5 for the Supercasino brand, prompting heavy investment in TV advertising which it claims “has to date delivered cost effective customer acquisition.”
Following the iPad app expansion, NetPlay TV has also pledged to launch “Further games for iPhone and tablet throughout H1 2012″.
