Betgenius signs Sportsbet deal
Connextra contract follows agreement with Sportsbet owner Paddy Power.
Sports data software supplier Betgenius has agreed a deal to supply Australian bookmaker Sportsbet with its Connextra adserving product.
Connextra will allow Sportsbet to integrate real-time content into its advertising campaigns, including live odds, data and promotions. The agreement follows a similar deal with Paddy Power in January, after the Irish firm acquired Sportsbet in February last year.
Head of Connextra sales Dave Watkins commented: “We are very pleased to be working with Sportsbet.com.au and look forward to building on a new relationship with them. This Australasian market is hugely important for us and we are very happy to be providing our Connextra ad serving product to another bookmaker in this region.”
Sportsbet commercial director Luke Rattigan said he was “excited” to be working with Connextra: “We are looking forward to reaping the benefits of this product and our new relationship with Betgenius and testing the technology’s capabilities.”
