Sky IQ will help London-listed operator with CRM, customer analytics and campaign effectiveness.
Ladbrokes has appointed SkyIQ as its new customer intelligence partner, with the British company set to assist the Power 50 operator with matters relating to customer relationship management (CRM), customer analytics and campaign effectiveness.
The company’s responsibilities will fall across Ladbrokes’ retail, online and mobile arms, with SkyIQ deputy MD Stuart Johnston describing Ladbrokes as “Exactly the type of company we thrive on working with.
“This is a significant win for SkyIQ and we are confident we can deliver what Ladbrokes needs through customer insight and the optimisation of multi-channel marketing campaigns,” added Johnston.
Ladbrokes CEO Richard Glynn (pictured) said: “We continue with our investment in digital technology, digital marketing and increased customer focus,” adding that “SkyIQ’s experience of enhanced CRM and campaign management will help drive further momentum.”
In its full-year results for 2011, Ladbrokes reported a decline in online gaming revenues, although net revenue from mobile activities increased by 174%.
