Two new applicants for Alderney licences
Wagermill and Tipp24 subsidiary MyLotto24 follow application from Eyecon last month.
Wagermill and MyLotto24 have become the latest companies to apply for licences with the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC).
Gaming developer Wagermill has applied for a core service associate certificate, the same accreditation held by CTXM, the software company with which Playtech recently signed a licensing agreement.
Meanwhile MyLotto24, the UK-facing subsidiary of German company Tipp24, has applied for a foreign gambling associate certificate.
Only seven companies hold a FGAC, designed for entities”To whom a Category 1 eGambling licensee transfers customers, or allows them to be transferred, for the purpose of that entity effecting gambling transactions with the customer or arranging for those customers to gamble with others,” according to the AGCC.
The new applicants come just over a week after the most recent application for an Alderney licence, with Eyecon Pty Ltd applying for a category 2 operating licence on behalf of an unnamed company.
